Order Processing and Customisation

CAD Drawings and Design Finalisation
Following the consultation, we will create detailed Computer-Aided Design (CAD) drawings of your piece. It’s a collaborative process, and we encourage your input to ensure the final product is precisely what you envisioned.
Once the design is finalized and agreed upon by both parties, we will proceed to the manufacturing phase. It's important to note that we reserve the right to make adjustments to the designs if necessary, due to manufacturing limitations. However, any changes made will be in the spirit of the agreed design, ensuring that the character and integrity of the piece are maintained.
Lead Times
Standard Products: Our standard products are made-to-order, ensuring that each piece meets our quality standards. The lead time for standard products is up to 90 days. We understand that timing is important, and we strive to complete your order as efficiently as possible. If we anticipate that the lead time will exceed 90 days, we aim to notify you before the 60-day mark.
Custom Designs: The lead time for custom designs can vary, given the unique nature of each project. An estimated delivery date will be agreed upon during the design consultation phase. This estimate will be based on the complexity of the design, the materials selected, and our current production schedule. We are committed to keeping you informed throughout the process and will communicate any adjustments to the estimated delivery date as early as possible.
Pricing and Payment
Standard Products
For our range of standard products, payment is required in full before we commence manufacture. This policy helps us to efficiently allocate resources and begin the crafting process of your selected piece without delay. Our standard products are priced to reflect the quality of materials, craftsmanship, and the care we put into each piece to ensure it meets our high standards and your expectations.
Custom Designed Furniture
Initial Consultation: The journey towards creating your unique piece of furniture starts with an initial design consultation. This consultation is crucial for understanding your vision, preferences, and requirements. A fee is required upfront for this service, which covers the time and expertise of our design team. The cost of the initial consultation will be clearly communicated to you before scheduling the session.
Design Agreement and Payment: Once we have agreed on a design that captures your vision, a deposit of 50% of the total cost is due before we start the manufacture of your custom-designed furniture. This deposit secures your commitment and allows us to begin sourcing materials and dedicating craftsmanship to your unique piece.
Final Payment: The balance of the payment is due 14 days before the scheduled delivery of your custom furniture. To acknowledge your investment in the design consultation, we will deduct its cost from the final balance due. This approach ensures that the initial consultation fee is integrated into the overall investment in your custom piece.
Payment Methods
R-monic Designs accepts a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms. Our payment options are designed to offer convenience and security, ensuring that your transaction is processed smoothly and efficiently.
Invoicing and Receipts
Upon receiving each payment, an invoice will be sent to you detailing the amount paid and the remaining balance, if any. After the final payment is made, you will receive a final invoice marking the completion of the transaction, along with a receipt acknowledging your full payment.
We understand that investing in custom or standard furniture is a significant decision, and we are here to make the process as seamless and transparent as possible. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy

Custom Furniture
Due to the bespoke nature of our custom furniture, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing fault. We stand behind the quality of our work and provide a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. If you believe your custom furniture piece has a manufacturing fault within this period, please contact us immediately. Our skilled craftsmen will make every reasonable effort to rectify the situation, which may include repair or replacement of the faulty item at our discretion.

Standard Products
For our standard product range, we accept returns within a specific period if the product is in its original, unused condition. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. The item must be returned to us in its original packaging, and you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
